Action: The

Authority will consider removal and addition of items to the

All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be
approved in one motion. Items
removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the
“Action Calendar” unless the Authority reorders the agenda.

Contract and any amendments with Jubilee Senior Homes, L.P.

8 Administrative Plan

Recommendation:
Adopt a Resolution amending
Resolution No. 652 (Berkeley Housing Authority Section 8
Administrative Plan) by a) amending Chapter 5, Selection
From the Waiting List; to modify the local preferences;
clarify the program description for Emergency Prioritization
Program; establish separate ranking and issue a unique
number to each applicant on the Section 8 waiting list; and
b)adding Chapter 20, Section 8 Homeownership Program.

Adopt a Resolution readopting the Admission and
Continued Occupancy Policy and rescinding Resolution No. 550
and all subsequent amendments, to reflect the new HUD
