the Section 8 waiting list to be assigned a higher rank if they
qualify for one or more local preference.

operating fund subsidy request for 61 units of low rent public housing
units in the amount of $134,718 and authorizing the Executive Officer
to execute a contract and any amendments with the U.S. Department of
Urban and Development (HUD).
