Preliminary Matters
Roll Call:
Comments from the Public: A total of 30 minutes is scheduled. Each speaker is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
Authority Action: The Housing Authority may take action related to any subject listed on the Agenda.
Consent Calendar
The Authority will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent Calendar. All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be approved in one motion. Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the “Action Calendar” unless the Authority reorders the agenda.
1. Contract: Low Rent Public Housing Operating Fund Subsidy Request (PDF, 2 MB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving FY 2003-2004 operating fund subsidy request for 61 units of low rent public housing units and authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract with the U.S. Department of Urban Development (HUD) in an amount not to exceed $84,000.

2. Contract: Rental Housing Construction Budget for Fiscal Year 2003-2004 (PDF, 644 KB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving FY 2003-2004 Budget for 14 units of Rental Housing Construction Program units and authorizing the Executive Officer to amend the contract with the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in an amount not to exceed $117,257.
