Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving FY 2003-2004
operating fund subsidy request for 61 units of low rent public housing units
and authorizing the Executive Officer to execute a contract with the U.S.
Department of Urban Development (HUD) in an amount not to exceed $84,000.

Budget for 14 units of Rental Housing Construction Program units and
authorizing the Executive Officer to amend the contract with the State
Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) in an amount not to

and authorizing the Executive Officer to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department
