2.      Amendment to the Annual Plan for FY 2003-2004 (PDF, 642 KB) (to be delivered)

Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion: 1) instruct staff to include all public comments received during the public hearing in the final preparation of the FY 2003-2004 Annual Plan amendment; and 2) hold over action to amend the Plan to the December 16, 2003 meeting.
