Action: Moved, seconded, carried (Shirek/Maio) to adopt the Consent Calendar in one motion except as indicated.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes for Authority meeting of May 18, 2004.

2. Housing Authority FY 2005 Budget (PDF, 3 MB)
From: Executive Officer
Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the Housing Authority’s FY 2005 Budget for Section 8 Program in the amount of $1,629,711 and the Public Housing Program in the amount of $1,384,747 for a total budget of $3,014,458.

Actions: Moved, seconded, carried (Payne/Breland; Noes – Maio, Hawley, Olds, Wozniak, Bates) to adopt the Budget with the exception of the Organizational Chart and to bring back the chart at the next meeting after discussions are conducted between the staff, the union and management.
Moved, seconded, carried (Shirek/Olds; Noes – Breland, Worthington, Payne) a motion to reconsider the prior action.
Moved, seconded, carried (Hawley/Olds; Noes – Worthington/Payne; Abstain – Breland, Shirek, Clark) to adopt Resolution No. 692 (PDF, 209 KB) approving the budget as recommended including the Organizational Chart.
