FY 2004-2005 Annual Plan Update and Administrative Plan (PDF, 16 MB)
From: Executive Officer
Recommendation: Conduct a public hearing and upon
conclusion, adopt two Resolutions: 1) adopting the Housing Authority’s Annual
Plan update for FY 2004-2005 and authorizing the Executive Officer to certify
and submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development;
and 2) re-adopting the Housing Authority’s Section 8 Administrative Plan and
rescinding Resolution No. 652 and all subsequent amendments, and authorizing the
Executive Officer to certify and submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
Financial Implications: None.

No. 652 with direction to staff to re-notice a public review period and public
hearing on the Annual Plan for September 21, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. at which time
the Authority may consider amendments to the Plan. Staff to also provide a report at its next meeting regarding
coordination between the Housing Authority and the Police Department on issues
related to criminal activity.
