2. FY 2005-2006 Budget Adoption (PDF, 1 MB) (To be delivered)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the Housing Authority FY 2005-2006 budgets for the Section 8 Programs in the amount of $1,846,760 and the Public Housing Program in the amount of $569,883 for a total budget of $2,416,643.

3. Agreement for Voluntary Compliance Between BHA and HUD (PDF, 1 MB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution approving the Agreement for Voluntary Compliance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 between the Berkeley Housing Authority (BHA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) which sets forth actions intended to ensure that BHA is in full compliance with its fair housing responsibilities.
