meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Brown Act, Government Code
Section 54953, Teleconferencing. Any
member of the public may attend this meeting at either the Council Chambers or
at the teleconference location.

Preliminary Matters
Roll Call
Public Comment: A total of 30 minutes is scheduled. Each speaker is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.
Authority Action: The Housing Authority may take action related to any subject listed on the Agenda.
Consent Calendar
The Authority will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent Calendar. All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be approved in one motion. Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the "Action Calendar" unless the Authority reorders the agenda.

2. Revision of Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (PDF, 5 MB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Executive Officer to readopt a revised Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) which reflects new HUD requirements for the Public Housing Program and rescind the previous policy and amendments under Resolution No. 656.

Action Calendar – Public Hearing
3. Five-Year and Annual Plan: FY 2005-2009 (PDF, 5 MB)
From: Executive Officer
Recommendation: 1) Conduct a public hearing and upon conclusion to obtain community input on the Housing Authority’s Five-Year Annual Plan Draft for FY 2005-2009 and, upon conclusion, continue the public hearing to the BHA meeting of September 20, 2005 to obtain additional community input on any revisions to the Plan; and 2) conduct a public hearing on September 20, 2005 and upon conclusion, adopt a Resolution adopting the Housing Authority’s Five-Year and Annual Plan updates for FY 2005-2009, and authorizing the Executive Officer to submit the Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Financial Implications: Capital Funds revenue – $127,128 conditional upon adoption of the Five0Year and Annual Plan.
