approving the Berkeley Housing Authority’s amended Section 8 Administrative
Plan, which has been revised to comply with Fair Housing requirements and
rescinding Resolution No. 694.

Councilmember Spring requested that the City Manager write a letter to
federal representatives and other relevant organizations asking President Bush
to release more funds for housing Katrina victims.

Annual Management Assessment for Public Housing Agencies
