Action: Moved, seconded, carried (Moore/Worthington) to adopt the Consent Calendar in one motion.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the Housing Authority meeting of December 13, 2005 (regular).

Action: Approved minutes.

2. Contract: Housing Software Upgrade (PDF, 138 KB)

From: Executive Officer

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 706, and authorizing the Executive Officer of the Berkeley Housing Authority to execute a contract and any amendments with Emphasys Software for upgraded software, installation, and training services for the term January 19, 2006 to December 30, 2006 for a total contract amount of $61,945.

Financial Implications: Section 108 Loan Fund & BHA Fund - $61,945
