Recommendation: Adopt
a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 706, and authorizing the Executive Officer
of the Berkeley Housing Authority to execute a contract and any amendments with
Emphasys Software for upgraded software, installation, and training services
for the term January 19, 2006 to December 30, 2006 for a total contract amount
of $61,945.
