Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the Housing Authority meeting of February 21, 2006 (regular).

2.   BHA Annual Plan 2006 (PDF, 833 KB) (Held over from February 21, 2006)

Recommendation: Close the public hearing and adopt a Resolution to adopt the Berkeley Housing Authority’s Annual Plan for FY 2006 and authorize its submittal to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The public hearing was opened on February 21, 2006 and continued to March 21, 2006.

Public Testimony:  The Chair opened the public hearing.  No speakers.  Moved, seconded, carried (Maio/Anderson) to close the public hearing.

Action:  Moved, seconded, carried (Spring/Wozniak) to adopt Resolution No. 721 (PDF, 2 MB) and request that staff work with Bay Area Legal Aid on the administrative plan.
