2006 Agency Annual Plan

The Board of Commissioners of the Berkeley Housing Authority (BHA) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at 6:20 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 2134 Martin Luther King Jr. Way, Berkeley.
The hearing is being held to solicit public comment on the BHA’s Annual 2006 Agency Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Public housing authorities are required to adopt the updated Plan as mandated by HUD. The Plan outlines BHA goals and objectives for Fiscal Year 2006 for its Section 8 and Public Housing Programs. The publication of the draft Plan will commence a 45-day public comment period.
All interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing. Copies of the Plan are available for review at 1901 Fairview Street during its regular business hours, 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., Tuesday through Friday excepting business holidays and at the Office of the City Clerk located at 2180 Milvia Street, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and the Berkeley Central Library located at 2121 Allston Way.
