Adopt a Resolution
approving two five-year extensions of the initial ten-year term of the Housing
Assistance Payment (HAP) Contract for Allston House, for up to an aggregate
period of twenty years, and authorizing the Executive Officer, or his designee,
to enter into a HAP Contract Renewal Agreement that would provide for the
extension of the initial ten-year term.

p.m. at the South Berkeley Senior Center.
Authority rules limit action
