This meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Brown Act, Government Code Section 54953, Teleconferencing.  Any member of the public may attend this meeting at either location.  Questions regarding this matter may be addressed to Pamyla Means, City Clerk, 981-6900. The Housing Authority may take action related to any subject on the agenda.

Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the Housing Authority meeting of May 22, 2007.

2.      Lease Amendment: 1901 Fairview Street (PDF, 259 KB)

From: Executive Director

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution amending Resolution No. 667 to increase the expenditure authority for the five-year lease with Sinan Sabuncuoglu, for lease of property located at 1901 Fairview Street, covering the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2007, to an amount not to exceed $523,000.

3.      Amendment: Staff Allocation (To be delivered)(PDF, 186 KB)

Recommendation: Approval of amendment to staff allocation (approved June 12, 2007) to increase the allocation by adding one administrative secretary.
