Preliminary Matters

Roll Call

Public Comment:  A total of 30 minutes is scheduled.  Each speaker is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes.

Consent Calendar

The Authority will consider removal and addition of items to the Consent Calendar prior to voting on the Consent Calendar.  All items remaining on the Consent Calendar will be approved in one motion.  Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be taken up after the "Action Calendar" unless the Authority reorders the agenda.

2.      Non-Disturbance Agreement: Homeless Transitional Housing at 711 Harrison Street (PDF, 2 MB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution of a Non-Disturbance Agreement with the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for the purpose of providing State financing for homeless transitional housing under construction at 711 Harrison Street.

Recommendation:  Adopt a Resolution approving a Records Retention Schedule for the Joint Powers Financing Authority (JPFA) in compliance with the City’s Records Management Program.
