Action: M/S/C (Worthington/Maio) to adopt Consent Calendar in one motion:

1.      Leases for City-Owned Property Purchased with Lease Revenue Bonds (PDF,  295 KB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City of Berkeley to lease two parcels to be created at 711 Harrison Street to Building Opportunities for Self Sufficiency (BOSS) for the purpose of securing State financing to rehabilitate and construction homeless transitional housing.
