APPEAL OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS BOARD DECISION TO MODIFY USE PERMIT FOR MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING AT 2025 ROSE STREET TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF DWELLINGS FROM 4 TO 3 AND INCREASE FLOOR AREA
The City Council of the City of Berkeley will hold a public hearing on the following matter, pursuant to Section 23B.32.080 of the ZONING ORDINANCE (6478-N.S.):
Proposed Project: Appeal of Zoning Adjustment Board modification of Use Permit #97-100000003 to reduce the number of approved dwelling units from four to three, replace open parking spaces with private garages, and increase the floor area by 2,170 square feet.
