- PARAMEDIC TRANSPORT FEES
The City of
Berkeley Fire Department proposes an increase in fees as approved by the
Alameda County Board of Supervisors and to recover revenues lost from
Alameda County EMS District and Medicare plan changes.
The amount of fee increase will vary according to nature of the
emergency call and service provided.
The fees are intended to assist the City in covering the costs
associated with maintaining a paramedic transport program.
The proposed fee increases are as follows:
