Adjustments Board Decision Regarding 1936 Delaware Street
City Council will continue the public hearing from June
17, 2003 to consider a decision by the Zoning
Adjustments Board, to approve Use Permit 02-10000060, allowing the
construction of two new dwelling units at 1936 Delaware Street, and
allowing, as the building is raised, the vertical extension of the
existing non-conforming projection of its westerly roof eve by two
feet instead of the maximum allowed one-foot projection into the
required side yard.
