The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider an appeal against
a decision of the Zoning Adjustments Board approving Variance
and Use Permit 00-20000171, to: 1) allow construction of an 829
square foot addition to an existing single family residence; 2)
reduce the required rear yard setback from 18 feet to 17 feet; and
3) reduce the required 30 foot setback from a creek to 7 feet.
