The City Council
will hold a continued public hearing to consider the appeal by Sharon
Hudson of the Zoning Adjustments Board decision to approve Use Permit
#01-10000075, a project that involved the demolition of two
single-family dwellings at 2514 and 2516 Benvenue to allow for the
construction of a five-story mixed-use building, with twenty-three
dwelling units, twenty-two dormitory beds, 1,748 square feet of office
floor area, and 5,380 square feet of classroom space with a 48
automobile parking garage that will utilize a lift system.
Note: The recommendation
for this meeting is for the Council to continue this matter to January
20, 2004 at the request of the applicant.
The Council will allow limited testimony at this meeting.
