The City Council will hold a public hearing to
consider an appeal of the Zoning Adjustments Board decision to
approve: 1) a Use Permit to allow new dwelling units under BMC Section
23D.32.030, Uses Permitted; 2) a Use Permit to allow demolishing a
dwelling unit under BMC Section 23C.08.020, Demolitions of Buildings
Containing Dwelling Units; and 3) an Administrative Use Permit to
allow an exception to the required rear yard setback under BMC
Section, 23D.32.070.D.1, Development Standards.
