Assessment District, a second public hearing is required under
Berkeley Municipal Code Chapter 16.24 to modify the Boundary of
Utility Underground District No. 47 (UUD No. 47) by excluding three
parcels, including seventeen additional parcels, and adding specific
dates for utility companies and property owners to complete required
the boundary of UUD No. 47 is necessary to accommodate change in field
conditions since the District was established in 1992.
Three parcels on Muir Way were removed because Muir Way
provided a redundant electric supply into UUD No. 46 (Park Hills)
necessitating the undergrounding of those parcels.

since one parcel along Latham Lane adjusted property lines to enlarge
