under Berkeley Municipal Code (BMC) Section 23C.08.020.A.2 and approve
a Use Permit to reconstruct the demolished portion of 2104 Sixth
Street, under BMC Section 23E.84.030; and
Of a decision by the Landmarks Preservation Commission to
approve the Structural Alteration Permit (#06-40000003) for demolition
subject to certain conditions.
