Contract: Savo Island Project Area Loan

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing a loan agreement between the Berkeley Redevelopment Agency and the City Retiree Medical Trust Fund in the amount of $600,000 to provide assistance to affordable housing developments located in the Savo Island Project Area.
