CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9 (c)
Initiation of Litigation
The Redevelopment Agency will confer with its attorneys regarding the possibility of initiating eviction proceedings against Rhiannon, resident of 731 Virginia Street, and John and Sherry Thompson, residents of 1654 Fifth Street for failure to pay rent and comply with lease conditions. Both these properties owned by the Redevelopment Agency. ADJOURNMENT: (The Redevelopment Agency may adjourn this meeting and reconvene into Open Session at 7:00 p.m. to make a report, if any such report is required by law.) |
