1. Eliminate Time Limit to Incur Debt and Extend Plan Limits for the West Berkeley Redevelopment Plan (PDF, 14 KB) (First Reading May 17, 2005; Absent–Anderson)

Recommendation: Adopt the second reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager/Executive Officer to eliminate the time limit on the establishment of loans, advances and indebtedness for the West Berkeley Redevelopment Plan.

2. Extend Time Limit on Plan Effectiveness and Collect Tax Increment for the West Berkeley Redevelopment Plan and Project Area (PDF, 16 KB) (First Reading June 28, 2005 – Unanimous)

Recommendation: Adopt the second reading of an Ordinance authorizing the City Manager/Executive Officer to extend the Time Limit on Plan Effectiveness and Collect Tax Increment for the West Berkeley Redevelopment Plan and Project Area by two additional years (for 2004/05 and 2005/06 ERAF payments) pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33333.6(e)(2)(D).
