Consent Calendar

Action: Moved, seconded, carried (Maio/Worthington) to adopt the Consent Calendar in one motion except as indicated:

1.      Minutes for Approval (PDF, 250 KB)

Recommendation: Approve the minutes for the meeting of January 24, 2006 (regular), and March 21, 2006 (special).

2.   Use of 1631 Fifth Street – Request to Issue a Request for Qualifications (PDF, 862 KB)

From:  Councilmember Maio 

Recommendation:  Refer the use of 1631 Fifth Street to the City Manager to develop an RFQ to determine the future use of the City’s property at 1631 Fifth Street utilizing criteria developed by the Project Area Committee.
