5. West Berkeley Circulation Master Plan

to prepare a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a West Berkeley Circulation Master
Plan, analyzing development, planning initiatives, and the impact of increased
rail traffic, as well as, identifying traffic circulation improvements to
mitigate impacts.

to prepare a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a West Berkeley Circulation Master
Plan analyzing development, planning initiatives, and the impact of increased
rail traffic, as well as identifying traffic circulation improvements to
mitigate impacts. The cost to the
Agency of the analysis related to increased rail traffic as well as
feasibility and conceptual design of grade separation at Gilman should not
exceed 10% of the cost of the Study.

Adopt a Resolution
approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Aquatic Park Connection
(APC) Streetscape Improvement Design Development Plan as the Master Plan for
streetscape improvements for Addison Street from Bolivar to Fourth Street and
Fourth Street from Addison to Hearst Street.
