2. Contract Amendment:
Joint Trench Design for Undergrounding in Aquatic Park Connection (PDF, 320 KB)

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution authorizing
the Executive Officer to amend the Agency's contract with Bellecci and
Associates (Contract No. 6834) to:
1) Provide
plans and coordination for a joint trench for undergrounding utilities on
Addison from Bolivar to Second Street and below the railroad tracks as part of
the design and construction documents for the Aquatic Park Connection
Streetscape Improvements; and
2) Increase
the contract amount by $57,900 for a total not to exceed $202,900.

Berkeley Circulation Master Plan for a new total of $441,785
