A man robbed a Berkeley teenager at gunpoint in West Berkeley on Saturday night.
The male juvenile was walking near the intersection of Sixth Street and Channing Way at 7:41 p.m. when a man in his mid-40s demanded his wallet while brandishing a small black pistol, said Berkeley police Officer Ed Galvan.
The victim was unhurt, police said.
The robber fled west on Channing on foot and is suspected to still be in the Bay Area, Galvan said. |
