REWARD OFFERED IN CONNECTION WITH BRINK'S 
ARMORED CAR ROBBERY


Berkeley, CA. -
Brink's, Incorporated is prepared to pay a reward of up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100, 000) for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects involved with the shooting death of Brink's guard Dena Daniels on November 21st. In addition, the City Of Berkeley is offering a reward in the amount of twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000) bringing the total reward monies related to this case to
$125,000.

 

On November 21, 2002, Dena Daniels and another Brink's guard were shot in a brazen robbery attempt as the two were making a delivery to the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2929 7th Street in Berkeley. Daniels was pronounced dead at the scene. The other guard 
is currently at a local hospital in serious but stable condition.
